I contacted this company to repair the rear passenger windows on my Kia Sportage after receiving a quote of $250 per window if they could be repaired, plus a service fee to come out. Communication started off fine, but the experience quickly became frustrating and a tad careless.
The technician repeatedly gave vague arrival times, canceled or delayed appointments last minute, and eventually stopped responding altogether. On one occasion, I waited around based on updates that he was β20 minutes away,β only for someone to arrive almost two hours later. Despite their efforts, no actual repairs were completed - and my window was left hanging by a wire.
On the second attempt, I was told the technician had been too busy with other jobs, they were waiting on parts, pricing may change, and that the appointment would ultimately need to be rescheduled. All of that would have been understandable if it had been communicated clearly from the beginning instead of leaving me waiting around all day for disappointment.
I also explained multiple times that I travel and work long hours, so I needed updates in order to arrange my schedule and transportation around this repair. Despite that, communication remained inconsistent. After agreeing on a possible Friday appointment and being told we would reconnect Tuesday, I followed up again and never received a response.
Things happen, parts get delayed, and schedules change β I completely understand that. My issue is the lack of reliability, follow-through, and communication throughout the process. If you plan to use this business, I recommend getting firm scheduling commitments and keeping backup options available.
