Todd responded to my problem and gave me a quote over text that was far more reasonable than the dealership. He explained everything very well and only ended up replacing the front brakes and rotors, which saved me money as well. He did the full job in my garage in about 20 minutes and included a warrenty for 12k miles. I also appreciated how he was able to show me the wear on my rotor, which was causing the car to vibrate when I would brake down the mountain. He is honest and professional!
