We had an excellent experience with our realtor during our recent home evaluation. She visited our home, carefully walked through each area, and made detailed notes to ensure nothing was overlooked.
After the visit, she promptly sent us a complete, well-organized report that included all the relevant market data and supporting information. The report was clear, detailed, and very helpful in understanding our home’s value and current market conditions.
