Called them. Asked for roadside. Gave a $800 price for new starter while they cost $450 from Loves. I said ok, guy never showed up and did not pickup the phone after. Just ghosted. Waited 6 hours 🤣

No option to NOT give a star. This guy was assigned by the insurance company. He would not respond to me on the phone just sat there. When I call back a second time I asked for his general location since they indicated 75 minutes. He got smart and said he was doing a toe right now and he'll get here when he gets here. I said all I asked for was your general location so I can have a time frame of when you can arrive. Again he kept saying and repeating he will get here when he gets here he's towing a vehicle. I told him if I was walking on the side of the road I wouldn't want assistance from him he's a jerk. And with all the reviews that I've read through before I wrote a review I don't even know how the guy is still in business. He then placed a message to the insurance company that he was unable to locate my vehicle.
