We had such a great experience with Monsoon Pools from start to finish. The whole team was fantastic, but Chris, Mark, and Shae really stood out. They were professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right.
Chris kept everything running smoothly with the install, Mark’s attention to detail was spot on with the dig, and Shae was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Nothing ever felt like too much trouble with those guys.
It’s not often you come across a team that works so well together. We’re beyond happy with the result and would highly recommend Monsoon Pools to anyone looking for quality work and great service.

We highly recommend Monsoon Pools. The team were fantastic! Customer service and communication was outstanding from sales to completion, and our pool build ran to time and budget. All the contractors were great, turned up on time and cleaned up after themselves.
A huge thank you to Craig and Tony for making this a smooth and seamless experience for us. We got our pool for Christmas!!
