Be careful. This review is done just less than 3 years after installation of an asphalt driveway. I have had the driveway sealed professionally twice. When they asphalted the driveway the admitted there was less fine material than normal and that is why at the beginning I had large stones and areas coming out of the driveway. They paid for the initial sealing but thats it. It also poured heavy rain as the weather predicted for that day minutes after the driveway was done and you could see the oil going off the driveway onto the road losing that initial bonding. It says it should wait minimum 24 -48 hours before getting any huge downpours or washing on the driveway. They told me it will be fine. I also mentioned I had water in one area and they said its fine as long as it evaporates in 12 hours or less. My driveway has lost many more stones out of it and is also cracking in many areas. I am very disappointed in the sub par product and workmanship and it looks like I will be repaving way sooner than I thought. I should have went with the other quote as a neighbour did their driveway down the street from me and it still looks great. It was more money but you get what you pay for. A one year warranty is not enough and Baretta should stand behind the products especially when they knew it had less fine which is the bonding material in the asphalt as I don't think a driveway should be cracking and continuously be losing material after this short time unless the job was not done properly.

Writing this review out of pure frustration with Baretta Paving... I had my driveway paved in late Oct 2024, then in late June 2025 I noticed a few cracks in the asphalt, and called and messaged them in early July. I did not hear back for a couple weeks, but when they did respond, they said they would have someone take a look. This never happened... i followed up again in late July, and again no response. Finally in early August someone came out and took a look, and took some pics and said they never seen anything like this. By this time there were several LARGE cracks all over the driveway. They said they would be able to fix the cracks only, and then coat it. Mid Sept. still no progress and fixing the cracks, only excuses or delays. Now they were out of the crack repair material which was on backorder... Same thing, try to contact someone, very little communication... It is now Mid November 2025, and the driveway still has not been repaired!!! Now the weather will effect any solution... Not the company i would recommend if you wanted a trust worthy service. Regards Frustrated Customer (?)
