Richard made a great first impression. He is humble, kind, and very patient. He came highly recommended by his former colleagues at AutoZone, and I can see why. He was quick and thorough in diagnosing my 2015 Chevy Spark, and he even went the extra mile by topping off the coolant and pressure testing the system. From one business owner to another, I truly appreciated his professionalism and easygoing personality. He has earned not only my business today, but my business in the future as well.

Long story short: I already sent his contact to my mom to help her with her car and I only recommend the best for my mama! Really nice guy and trustworthy! Long story long: I called Richard to replace my front and maybe my rear brake pads due to squealing. I told him I’d trust his opinion on what needed to be done. Once he got in there he showed me that my brake pads were fine and some of the parts just needed some cleaning and lubrication. I appreciate that he was willing to do just the necessary work and didn’t try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. He took the time to answer my questions, educate me further, and show me what to look for in the future. Now my car is running great and no more squeaky brakes!
