The White Collection Bridal Bristol

I had my first appointment with Nikki at the Portishead store and I was definitely a little nervous and overwhelmed! Especially hearing some horror stories from friends who have had awful experiences at other boutiques. TWC and Nikki was absolutely amazing, we had such a fun experience and she managed to get me in so many different styles to give me a good idea of what I wanted. She made me feel so at ease and excited, and never put any pressure on me at all. She also showed me different ways I could alter the dresses to be perfect for what I wanted. I found the dress I thought was 'the one' but I didn't want to rush the decision and wanted to sleep on it. Nikki was amazing and booked me in for a follow up. Between that appointment and the scheduled one, I also went to the Outlet store in Bristol to see if anything else caught my eye and the lovely Grace helped me out. She was also amazing! I was then stuck between the two dresses and they really went above and beyond to get that second dress to my follow up appointment so I could easily compare them to make my decision. My follow up was again with Nikki and I honestly can't fault the experience at all. It's really a wonderful team at White Collection and I'm so grateful!

On Saturday I visited the white collection with my mum, sister and best friend to go have a look at wedding dresses. I had no idea what to expect and I also had no idea what I was looking for but from the very start of my experience to the end it was amazing. Sam and Nikki made the whole experience unforgettable. Before the appointment I had a couple of calls with them which made me feel more at ease before attending. On the day we were greeted by both Sam and Nikki they explained everything so well as to how it all worked and they made me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. I didn’t think I would find the perfect dress on my first visit but I knew immediately that it was the one from the help of Sam and Nikki too. The shop is absolutely beautiful and thank you so much for making it an experience I will never forget. I can’t wait to collect my dress now!
