I had a great experience at The Smile Doc in Hutto today!
After a bad dental experience, I avoided the dentist for over a year because I was nervous. Then I came across one of Dr. Armando Reid’s Instagram reels and decided to check out his practice. The reviews were excellent, giving me the confidence to book an appointment, and scheduling online was quick and easy.
From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. The office is beautiful, modern, clean, and welcoming. Everyone I met was kind and professional, immediately putting me at ease. They were even playing my favorite music! The dental chairs were massage chairs, and being cared for by a team of three incredible women of color made me feel right at home.
I was also impressed by the technology. Everything felt advanced, efficient, and designed with patient comfort in mind. Honestly, it felt more like a spa day than a dental appointment!
If you’ve been avoiding the dentist because of anxiety or a bad experience, I highly recommend The Smile Doc. Dr. Reid’s team has created a genuinely welcoming environment, and for the first time in a long while, I’m actually looking forward to going back.
