Just completed a large tile job at my house on lake LBJ. Misty was great to work with from beginning to end. She went with me to multiple tile companies choosing the tile that gave me the look I was wanting. Her design opinion was invaluable. She noticed things that I needed to consider that I had never thought of. She was very attentive and professional. The job went very smooth and the tile looks great!

I highly discourage anyone from ever doing business with this company. They had to redo our master shower 4 times and we were still left with uneven grout lines, 3 different colors of grout, holes large enough to fit your hand behind the tile at the top of the shower, there are holes in the grout anywhere from pinhole size to 1/2 inch, cracked tiles and overall sloppy work. We submitted a warranty claim and the owner Misty stated she would come to our house and look at the work. From the moment she entered our home, she was rude, condescending and had an excuse for everything. My husband ended up asking her to leave due to her rudeness and we cancled the warranty claim because Interior Edge will never step foot in our house again. We decided to chalk it up to a loss and we will find a reputable company who takes pride in their work to make the repairs. If anyone is considering this company's work, you are more than welcome to message me and I will provide you with plenty of photos to show their quality of work.

Not satisfied with work. Just purchased a new home and needed warranty work done on my tile back-splash. During my warranty process of attempting to get my tile work done correctly, COVENTRY HOME BUILDERS DISCONTINUED USING INTERIOR EDGE DESIGN TO DO THEIR TILE WORK ON THE NEW HOMES BEING BUILT. Does this say something about the companies work? Misty and Gilbert both inspected my kitchen back-splash. I was told by the project manager that Misty did not want to fix anything after inspecting the tile work. Gilbert then came out to inspect and asked me “What do you want us to do” when I pointed out numerous problems with the work. The tiles are not aligned properly and they will not fix their work. I have a section of back-splash that is held together by mesh. You can see the mesh thru the glass tiles because they did not install it correctly. They tell me that is how it should look. Why would some mesh holes show thru the tile and other areas do not show the mesh. It looks like bubbles are visible thru the tiles. In addition, some grout areas are thin and other grout areas are regular size. They have been out to fix my tile 4 times and now just tell me there is no more they will do.

Misty and the Interior Edge did the floors in our new medical office. Beautiful wood plank floor installed to perfection. We have already received numerous compliments on their work.
