965 Flats Apartments

The QR code to use for this review came along with some treats to celebrate Valentines Day. I've never received anything like this from the management of places I've live in previously. It's one nice little detail that makes me think positively about the management, and they do things like this throughout the year. These little touches wouldn't mean much if they weren't getting the big things right. But they get the big things consistently right also. I've left reviews before, but it's nice to get another chance to say how outstanding the maintenance staff and the office staff are. And my apartment is fantastic. I love the underground garage.

I’ve never seen such a beautiful and amazing apartment complex until I saw 965 Flats. I love how open and also quiet it is. I have been apartment hunting since I moved to Iowa and this apartment complex was my first choice. I also love Jess, she is amazing and a very good asset to the office. She’s sweet, caring and gave me such a good tour and I knew that I wanted to live here. They are quick and fast. I highly recommend this apartment complex to everyone. Thank you Jess and Rose for everything you both do!
