Unfortunately I didn’t have the same level of response and a good service that other customers mention. When I changed from another Insurance Company to All State, Rebecca was very responsive and helpful. After I became her customer, everything changed. I needed to ask 4 or 5 times to have an answer to my questions. And sometimes I have never had an answer. That’s why I changed to another All State agent, and that’s the best thing I did. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.....!!!! I TERMINATED MY POLICY DUE TO MOVING INTO A NEW HOME WITH MY FIANCE WHO ALREADY HAD HO COVERAGE.....FOLLOWED UP ON MY REFUND AND GOT THIS RESPONSE: Hello, Ken, since you have terminated your relationship with me, my office can no longer be of service to you, unless you wish to return your business. I advise any future communication to addressed to 1-800-ALLSTATE. Thank-you for your past patronage.
