My sister and I visited Colorado Springs from California 6/19-6/21 for the first time to attend the PBR Space Cowboys event at Falcon Stadium, on arrival at the airport we used Higher Elevations Taxi Service and two more times during our visit our initial driver was super friendly yet professional, excellent driver and great conversation felt safe and comfortable. The second time was when UBER canceled our reservation (ugh) for an 11:30 pm pickup after the event frantically called HET and the driver Lucas showed up on time as promised in spite of having to navigate to the weird ride share area can't thank him enough excellent driver, got us to the hotel safe and sound Lucas to the rescue by saving the night!! Third time used the services for return to airport again stellar service arrived early alerted via text same driver as on arrival trip Other high points, vehicles are clean, well maintained, help with luggage, tips on attractions in the area to visit, reasonable rates for the quality of service extremely happy with the whole experience would highly recommend!!!!! Apologies forgot the name of our driver to/from the airport you were amazing!!!!!
