Outstanding service. They are super knowledgeable and do great work at reasonable prices. I had the LDU on my 2015 Model S serviced. They checked out the battery and replaced a faulty seal. And they fixed a faulty hinge on a door. I will definitely be back as I seek to continue driving my vehicle as long as is reasonable.

My son and I took his 2015 Tesla Model S 85D to Great Lakes EV.
I can’t say enough good things about Great Lakes EV. Pete, Susie, and Drew took fantastic care of my Tesla. They were honest, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable, with clear explanations and high-quality work at a fair price. The car feels better than it has in a long time, and I felt like they treated it as if it were their own.
We drove seven hours each way to get to their shop, and I’d do it again without hesitation. I trust them more than any Tesla service center I’ve dealt with. Great Lakes EV is my go-to shop from here on out.
