So where to start? Today, my spouse and I picked up a route to cover for a driver that had called off. My spouse and I conduct the maintenance and diesel mechanics for the fleet. We were just covering the route for warehouse to warehouse large appliance deliveries. During our route, the 26 foot box truck we were driving broke down. Unfortunately, there are current factory recalls and we knew this situation was bound to happen. Of course it happened with us and on a very busy day. Being we work with many fleets, we called our normal tow guys, based in Orlando. They were far and we were in Ocala broke down. I decided on a whim to call around. I was pleasantly surprised and found Aaron, the general manager, ready and eager to help us promptly. We worked out an exceptional rate and the tow guy, Andrew called us immediately to let us know his ETA. These guys went above and beyond to make this “bad” situation of a breakdown not only tolerable, but put us at ease with their care for our truck and professionalism. Working in the trucking industry ourselves, we are grateful we found this company. We never plan for a breakdown, but, if we need a tow, we know a trusted, reliable and personable company to call.

Aaron, the GM, was helpful in getting our medium duty commercial truck towed and offered competitive pricing for the industry. Andrew, our tow guy was onsite promptly and hooked up the truck; getting us to the shop with ease. Andrew was great and drove with care. We recommend Scenic City Towing with certainty.
