Stanley was amazing!! He went above and beyond for me -- I give him my highest recommendation!!! The boiler on my tenant's unit went out on a Thursday night. A competitor who had come in to do annual maintenance quoted me $23K to replace the boiler - I was freaking out. I called every boiler contractor in the area. Stanley not only picked up, but on a Friday, he dropped everything and hunted down a replacement boiler and got it to the house Monday morning. And he quoted me $9,500 and he brought a huge portable heater to the tenant to tide her through. AND, he stuck with me, even when the boiler was to big to make it through my basement entry in one piece - Stanley's guys took it all apart to bring it in and then put it all together again. Then there was unseen damage to connecting pipes, which Stanley fixed. And THEN, when it was all put together and it wouldn't start, Stanley spent hours walking through it piece by piece and finally called the manufacturer who admitted that some units had a wiring defect. Stanley did a work around so my tenant could get heat until he could return with replacement part. And after all that he stayed true to the initial quote. What a guy!!!

Came the same day I called to help with my heater issues. They were professional and knowledgeable in letting me know the issues and how to fix them. I felt like I wasn’t being upsold in any way and that I was getting honest advice. Highly recommend.
