I’m extremely happy with my new vanity and toilet. I’ve worked with other local plumbing contractors and have had horrible experiences. Zaspel Plumbing is completely professional and they follow through on commitments. A personal story on their business ethics. I picked up a sink from Menards and when it was opened, the sink had a crack in the marble. My son was scheduled for surgery that morning. Zaspel offered to drive to Menards and exchange the sink. It was a nice gesture to do it for us. I’m very pleased with their customer service. I highly recommend Zaspel Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing assistance. They are the best plumbing business in the Portage area.

Troy was great to work with. Being my first new construction I had many questions throughout the process. He was always willing to explain. Whenever I called, he answered or got back to me shortly after. When scheduling he would give dates and times and be there exactly when he said he would. He was willing to work around other contractors. His plumbing work is clean, can tell he knows and cares about is work. I had to wait on a well, which water is the main reason for plumbing. Once the well was finally finished, Troy made time for me in his schedule so he could get my lines fired up for deer hunting. I will recommend and reach out to Troy for future plumbing needs.

We had a unique situation at our place that 2 other plumbers couldn't figure out. We were running high pressure through our condo, I thought. Troy was the plumbing contractor on our recent shower remodel. He was awesome to work with. He was on time, explained everything in detail, was considerate and friendly. I would highly recommend his services.

We had poor water pressure at our home. I mentioned I was looking for a reliable plumber and a friend recommended Troy Zaspel. She had used him as did several of her neighbors. I contacted him and we explained our water pressure issue. He checked the pressure and confirmed our pressure was below standards. We had him install a water pressure pump and it was an amazing upgrade in pressure. We later had him install 4 new bathroom sinks faucets. Once again, the job was done professionally and at the quoted price. We would definitely hire Troy again and would highly recommend him.
