Absolutely faultless service - couldn't have asked for more. Helpful, prompt, competent and reasonably priced. We had a late model Mercedes-Benz rental van in Oakura with a recurrent AdBlue system fault that was causing grief for clients. Madhu attended the vehicle onsite and when he was unable to rectify the issue he drove the van to his workshop in limp mode, located and rectified the problem and returned the vehicle to the clients. He communicated throughout and followed up by supplying excellent photos of the clogged valve and full diagnostic documentation. Had a service carried out on my VW Tiguan. Great, clear communication throughout the morning. The team did a very thorough check-over of the vehicle and picked up a few things that needed attention. Highly recommend!
