We had an excellent experience with Crown Property Management during the sale of our flat, and Zara in particular was outstanding. She was consistently prompt, clear and proactive, and handled enquiries immediately and efficiently. Zara chased what needed chasing, kept us calmly updated, and genuinely helped keep the process moving when delays elsewhere were stressful. Friendly, professional and reassuring — a real credit to Crown. Thank you, Zara — we truly appreciated your help.

Always professional to deal with, good communication and prompt responses. The ladies in the office are friendly and approachable. And as a contractor, payments are settled quickly. Recommended.

Avoid! If you care about your home & your wellbeing then DO NOT use Crown Property Management as they will have a very negative impact on both! There is nothing good about these people! In response to Crown Property Management You seem to always say that money is owed & it appears to be one of your favourite spin techniques! However I don't owe you anything! Your owner & managing director of Crown Property Management Darren Stocks is very well known for being highly aggressive in the way he handles his business & that is very clear to see in the way he vigorously tries to cancel anybody who dares speak up about how bad this company actually is! You should be investigated & shut down for the way you behave! Anybody thinking about Property management?? Then whatever you do, DO NOT use these people! They will ruin your property & try to ruin your life!

I notice Zara Rogers gets a mention. Yes, I can back that up. She's great. I've held off on a review but I feel I can safely say that certainly with Zara there, things get done, and, possibly even more important, comms are good. Why not 5 starts, well, we all want to leave room for improvement :D Recommended.

Communication has been excellent since Crown have taken over in 2025. Awaiting review of outstanding exterior work needed on our apartments. There seems to have been lack of handover from the previous management company, as work not started last year as hoped. Will consider upgrade to a 5 star when we have had time to see results of these issues raised. Our concern is that quotes will only go up, with any work delayed.

Had a main door lock break, local Youths ended up running around the Corridors,the police were involved. Shame it took crown properties over 36 hours to get it fixed,it should have Been an emergency call out.Took 4 Phone calls to find out if action was Being undertaken,better feedback needed. Would have also been good if they had Put there details up in communal areas, My tennant phoned the old management Company to report problem. Would say Crown is a lot better than The previous management company.

As the relatively new Property Managers of our residential block, I have found Crown's service to be excellent. They deal with issues promptly and courteously, give sound advice and help on day to day management.
