HERO does a fantastic job being the MSP for WEDU. All their support engineers are super knowledgable, always resolve our IT issues. There are a few instances of cyber security related instances that Dan and the team went above and beyond, after hours , to quell the threat. Great job folks, we really appreciate you.

The communication, response time, and timeliness of completing my ticket were all excellent. I was also able to request that Nicholas install the HERO app on my desktop while he was remotely working on my computer. This task was completed promptly as well.
