John came out and we agreed on a cost for lawn mowing for my small residence. He kept saying they would do spring clean up and garden beds and deadheading flowers. No matter how many times I kept saying I just wanted just the lawn mowed, he kept repeating what I didn't want. He was going to send me a quote for fertilizing my front yard and fall leaf cleanup. He said he sent it via email, I never got it. I asked for his email and I would send him an email and he could just respond with the quote. I never got it. I called once and texted twice, he never replied. I think this company wants all or nothing projects. I think as a professional he should learn to be respectful and look the customer in the eye and be honest, instead of ignoring communication. I would not recommend this service, especially for fixed income seniors.

I wish I could give more stars because John is a nice guy but unfortunately we just hired them to mow our lawn and two weeks in a row we came home with stuff broken. This first week they failed to move our brand new golf net (i understand could have moved it from the back yard) but to hit it and not move it? They let us know via ring doorbell which i appreciate but then left it thrown to the side. Due to being out of town we didn't have time to scrap it so the next week we came home and the broken golf net is now on our outdoor couch AND our lights were knocked over. We noticed this on our own not notified, after they hit the lights it unplugged and hit our fruit side table (which they flipped upside down to hide). I don't want to blast them on here but I want to warn other people - i would've warned to know this before making the decision. Additionally - They came 3 times I believe (we did not pay which was agreed to due to the first incident) No offer of reimbursement for our stuff that was ruined the second time - totaled to $200 not including the $175 golf net. Lastly, I had to reach out about the incidents was never contacted by the owner himself.
