I would not recommend this service. I hired Yav from interstate to repoint brickwork at my unit before sale. He told me defective black bricks would be replaced, as they were easy to source. Instead, cracked bricks were reused and the mortar colour match was very poor. He also disposed of building waste in my rubbish bin instead of removing it from the site. When I raised these concerns with photos, he became rude and aggressive on the phone, denied what he had previously said, and hung up on me. I was shocked and disappointed, but let it go at the time. However, as he is not a certified builder, I had to obtain an owner-builder defect report for the sale. The report identified defects in his work, including missing mortar, which may now impact my sale. Very disappointed with both the workmanship and the unprofessional behaviour.

Good ole fashioned customer service at its best. All came with a smile, cleaned up after themselves and everything was focused on if we were happy. So great to see, highly recommended
