I called this company up and ordered a 20-yard dumpster for my property. I gave them my address and phone number 3 days ago and they told me they could have it delivered today. They never came by with a dumpster. I called them to ask about it, the representative told me there was no record of my request or my details in their system, he didn’t offer to get one scheduled or make it right. So I said that I’ll order a dumpster from some other company, the response was simply “Alright sir, my apologies”. Complete waste of my time and now my construction project is set back another week. I would honestly be cautious about doing business with this company despite the positive reviews. The way I was regarded was disorganized and unprofessional and I'll not be doing business with them ever again.
