James was incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs for a dance floor at our wedding. After reaching out to other vendors, we found his pricing to be very affordable, and his level of professionalism truly stood out. He kept us updated every step of the way, clearly communicated timelines and pickup details, and handled everything so seamlessly that we didn’t have to worry about setup at all.
We’re so grateful for his service, and for any future party or event needs, we will absolutely be working with him again!

Working with James from Alamo Premier Rentals made our wedding planning and event setup incredibly easy and seamless. From the start, James was extremely helpful in designing the tent, chair, table, bar, and dance floor layout to perfectly fit our space and vision. He listened closely to our needs and made practical suggestions to ensure everything would run smoothly.
James was very available throughout the process, responding quickly to questions and making adjustments whenever needed, which took so much of the stress out of planning. Setup and tear down were completely handled by James, allowing us to enjoy our special day without any worries.
All of the rentals—tents, chairs, tables, bar, and dance floor—looked fantastic and made our celebration memorable. James’s flexibility, professionalism, and attention to detail truly set Alamo Premier Rentals apart, and we’re so grateful for his support. Highly recommend for any event!
