Excellent service from Ali at London Tyres Hornchurch. From the very first call, he was extremely polite, helpful, and efficient. He took the time to go through all the tyre options with me and gave honest advice on the best run-flat tyres for my BMW 5 Series. He offered a fantastic price on Pirelli run flats — I saved around £170 compared to other shops, including larger chains. Even though the tyres were not in stock, he arranged delivery within a few hours and had them fitted the same afternoon. Throughout the whole process, he kept me updated, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and reliable. Not surprised this place has 5-star reviews. Highly recommended — keep up the great work!

Needed a tyre changed on Saturday. Called several different garages and nobody had the one I needed in stock. All said it wasn't a common size and would need to be ordered and earliest they could have it fitted was Monday/Tuesday. Called London Tyres Hornchurch and they had it, cheaper than all the other quotes was an added bonus. Very fast and professional service received, garage was also spotless compared to others I've used in the past. The young lad Ali who I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. Thank you, I will definitely be visiting again in the near future should I need tyres.

Ali was exceptional. Knowledgeable, extremely helpful, was able to fit two rear tyres in 15 mins. He also managed to fit me in half an hour before my due slot. Went above and beyond. Will be back for sure. Five stars!

I highly recommend London Tyres in Hornchurch. I rang Ali to check price and he was able to get me a price which was much cheaper that the likes of Kwit fit. He checked the details and said to come along at a time to suit me. I visited todsy. Was greeted personally and Ali provided a friendly and professional service. He went above and beyond checking the air pressure on my rear tyres and resetting the tyre presdure on my car computer. What a great experience! Thanks Ali.

I was really pleased with my experience here. They were very knowledgeable, competitively priced and even went the extra mile to clean the barrel and remove rust, which hadn’t been done in years! Will be coming here for all my tyre changes in the future.

I had a puncture yesterday and came across this gem of a place. The guy was quite busy but still went out of his way to sort my issue out. It really was an amazing service with a smile, very helpful, you can genuinely see that he is passionate about his job and looks after his customers. I would highly recommend this shop but there was one major issue for me, the guy was a Gooner... but you cant have it all I suppose and I guess someone has to support them!! Haha, you wont be disappointed guys I promise!!
