Top-notch service. Dealt with a stressful puncture. I phoned ahead to see if they had stock, and the gentlemen I spoke to was polite and helpful. Very competitive prices too 10/10!

Excellent service from Ali at London Tyres Hornchurch. From the very first call, he was extremely polite, helpful, and efficient. He took the time to go through all the tyre options with me and gave honest advice on the best run-flat tyres for my BMW 5 Series.
He offered a fantastic price on Pirelli run flats — I saved around £170 compared to other shops, including larger chains. Even though the tyres were not in stock, he arranged delivery within a few hours and had them fitted the same afternoon.
Throughout the whole process, he kept me updated, which I really appreciated. The level of customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and reliable.
Not surprised this place has 5-star reviews. Highly recommended — keep up the great work!
