Laughing Cat Coffee

I’ve had this location saved to go for a couple months now since I moved here back in December. I finally got a chance to go today after the gym and I was very pleased! I got just a basic iced vanilla latte. The coffee was very, very good. I enjoyed it. I definitely will be back! The associate was sweet and the inside was so cute ! I also signed the wall of course!

I stopped by here when driving by for something quick and am very happy I did! I love supporting local business, especially when they are exceptionally good. I got a mocha from here and it was a perfect balance of creamy and richness without being overpoweringly sweet. They have a selection of teas and coffee beans too which they said they roast in house every Tuesday and Thursday! I appreciate the selection of quick bites they have too! They have dairy alternative options for milk as well. If youre looking for a decaf option their ordered espresso is an option and they have some packaged bean options for at home too. Looking forward to trying more of this cute little place!

Last time I went was 7 months ago and looks like there was an emergency so unfortunately it wasn't open. Finally had the time to try it and it was delicious. I have a serious sweet tooth and for me, it could have been sweeter. But that's just me. The cinnamon roll with no icing was amazing, never thought I'd enjoy a cinnamon roll with just sugar sprinkled on top. Definitely will be back

Coffee first, and the flat white is amazing. With fresh roasted espresso, so happy to find this place. Staff are super friendly.

I love this place. I've waited too long to give them a review. I found them by happenstance one day and truly believe they have the best cold brew in town. Their growlers get me through the week for my coffee supply and every time I go in to refill and get a drink, the staff is happy and kind and the drinks and food are always good. Emily is an amazing barista and has the best customer service. If you are a cold brew drinker, this place is a must.

Seasonal mint matcha was our groups favorite! Cheddar jalapeno bagels are really good and had pieces of jalapeno baked in with a big heap of cream cheese on the side.

Laughing Cat Coffee makes Longley Business Park better. Truly great neighbors to have. Coffee is absolutely dialed on a Slayer espresso machine which is the best in the world. The food is thoughtfully curated, not an afterthought, including options from Mother of Macros and ready to go protein shakes for nutrition focused patrons. The vibe is easy and welcoming, the staff is friendly, and it is a perfect place to pop in, hang for a bit, or get work done without feeling rushed. Highly recommend checking them out.

Great coffee, kind people, nice space. I had a wonderful double-shot of the Epic espresso, and my wife had the cold foam summer signature drink - both were really excellent drinks. Keep it up - we will be back :)

I’ve enjoy a lot of great coffee shops around town, and in my humble opinion no one has better-tasting beans than Laughing Cat. It’s the only coffee I brew at home and it’s amazing every time. When out of town guests come to stay with us they always comment on how good the coffee is too. Whether you are a coffee connoisseur or just feel like life is too short to drink bad coffee then Laughing Cat is for you.

My husband and I love Laughing cat coffee. They offer whole bean coffees, freshly roasted and a great variety of various drinks and treats to share in a comfortable environment. We are weekly visitors to buy our dark roast beans to get us through the week. Thank you Laughing Cat team!
