This was an incredible service. Albert was very helpful setting up our order and coordinating with his team. They arrived early to set up and offered great variety of choices, ice cream was a hit! It was a very hot and sunny day and ice cream stayed cold in cart, great equipment. Very professional team and communicate well! Will be using their service again!

This is our second year using Albert's Mobile Ice Cream service for Staff Appreciation Week, and we received excellent customer service from booking through the event days. Our company has over 1,200 employees at various locations, and Albert's Mobile Ice Cream was able to travel to all of our sites for three days, ensuring that every employee enjoyed a delicious ice cream treat. The employees truly appreciated the chance to feel like kids again, heading to the ice cream truck to get their favorite classic treats while listening to the familiar ice cream truck song. Albert is an outstanding individual who is very accommodating and provides exceptional customer service.
