I would rate this company a zero if that Choice was here. Had a new air conditioner installed August 2024 and have had their service people here over 30 times. When we turned the heat on during this cold spell, it would not go on. I called Mr. Air and their service tech came and said he could find nothing wrong. I had an independent company come in today and I was told that the unit was never installed properly ,it never sealed properly, and the UV light was installed incorrectly. There was no shield on the light and the light is full of mold. The insulation inside the air handler is crumbling and falling apart and filled with mold! They supplied me with pictures of all of the above issues.All screws were stripped from the panel from being opened by Mr. Air so many times. The unit was angled improperly when installed, and that is why the pan kept filling up and leaking into my bathroom crystal fixture below the unit. All of the service techs and installation techs that put in the unit are no longer with the company and I cannot get anyone from the company in a management position to call me back. This company should be ashamed of itself and stripped of its license.
ADDENDUM:
After this post, the company got in touch with me and asked if they could come back with an additional specialist to look at the AC system. They agreed with the private company I hired that our system had major issues. They revamped the entire AC system, removing all the mold, replacing the unit , all insulation , UV light, reangling the unit, reinforcing the flooring to get to the unit, and replaced the AC box itself They were very professional and it was a two day job. As of now, there are no problems with our AC unit. We are so happy that all issues were resolved successfully!

Mr. Air installed my new Lennox A/C yesterday 10-21-25. Appointment was 10am to 11am, the crew were early arriving at 9:30am which was great, they had to use a crane because of my trees and location of the unit. Service techs were A.J. & Renel who were awesome! Friendly, courteous and professional! Great Install, very happy and would refer family, friends and neighbors to Mr. Air! They are the Best....Forget the Rest! You'll be glad you did!!! Bravo Mr Air!
