We hired Jacob and his team to perform a whole house remodel. This was our first time being part of such a big project. The team was patient and helped us navigate the town permits. Jacob is very flexible and offers options for each step. Jacob has good knowledge of the building supply market and made good recommendations. With all construction projects, there are bound to be mishaps and changes at the last minute. Sometimes things had to be fixed one or two times. I understand that finding top quality subcontractors is not easy in South Florida with so many projects. Overall, as long as you are dedicated to managing the project with Jacob as your partner, than I would recommend.

I used K Construction to remodel my condo in Fort Lauderdale. I am located in New York and was able to complete the project fully remote. Jacob and team did a great job and are super professional, transparent and were able to walk me through everything as it was happening. Jacob was also able to deal with a very difficult building and board to get the project completed.
