Fantastic service at JB Jewelers in Hartville, OH! They replaced a missing watch pin and a new battery quickly and at a great price. The team was kind, professional, and very easy to work with. The store has two adorable, friendly dogs that make you feel right at home the moment you walk in. If you’re looking for watch or jewelry repair in Hartville, this is absolutely the place to go.

My Fiancée and I were just talking about JB and realized we haven’t given them the recognition they deserve! Absolutely 100000/10. They have done so much custom, repair, and sizing work for us and each time they are so friendly, professional, and our pieces come out STUNNING. My wedding ring turned out amazing! and his watch band was added without any scratches or issues. They price VERY fair and we don’t trust any other big box stores or other jewelry stores besides JB. Highly recommend them!
