Ok.....I don't usually care to do reviews for anything.....however......this would be an exception.....over a week ago I was driving and my motor started making knocking noises.....ended up finding out I blew the motor.....I went on fb marketplace and searched for places that might be able to either fix or replace my motor.....out of five places I messaged....only one responded....and it was this place.....Roy messaged me with an incredible price for a used motor swap and i instantly agreed to let them do it.....Had my van towed there and was assured I was in good hands....not gonna lie...at first like many others.....I wasn't sure what to expect or trust anyone ...as the days went by....Roy sent me pics of the underside of my van....explaining in detail about the sub frame and the rust and the problems it could create....he quoted me on a price to do some wielding to help fix the issue.....I was content with the price and gave them authority to do the extra work needed.....more days passed ....I was getting a little impatient wanting to get my van back.....wasn't understanding why it was taking longer than usual ....when I called to see what the delay was....I was able to talk to the actual mechanic working on my van....Daniel.....and he basically told me the issues he was facing with the van....and he just needed more time to fix all the issues....he explained in detail everything he discovered and that also needed to be fixed.....I apparently had a power steering issue that I wasn't even aware of....and they ordered the parts that was needed.....well....let me tell you...Roy called me today at 3pm and said it was ready to go come pick it up....I went and I was concerned about the extra work and not knowing how much extra they were gonna charge me on top of the original deal we made about the motor swap.....I got there and saw Roy and Daniel....they started up the van....it purred like a kitten......and now ....I ask Roy how much do I owe......true to his word .....the deal we made was the price I paid.....I grabbed him with joy and I probably squeezed him a little to much......I was sooooooo happy knowing that these guys could have easily jacked up the cost and didn't even go over 1 penny more than what we discussed....even tho there was extra work and parts involved......I am very pleased with this place.....thank u Roy and Daniel for an amazing job.....I do apologize if I might have seemed a bit frustrated at times over the phone or in person.....it truly sucks for me because I live in Etobicoke and they are in Scarborough.....but definitely was worth the trip and experience......I would recommend this place to everybody.....not just a 5 star service...but people who really know how to make a customer feel satisfied
