Jacob offered me several options for updating my heating system with pros and cons for each which made me feel like I was in control of the project. Once the decisions were made, he was prompt, efficient, clean, and respectful of my space and home. Unlike some of the larger companies around, he offered me personal service and it showed throughout the process. Huge attention to detail with my satisfaction being his biggest concern. Would and will be using again! I highly recommend Marshall Home Service.

Working with Marshall Home Service was a breeze. After our water heater went out early in the morning, in the middle of winter, I had reached out to schedule the repair. Jake was quick to provide several options across multiple price ranges and feature sets before we settled on the best one for our specific situation. As far as workmanship, the install couldn't have been any cleaner and we were back up and running in no time. We have been problem free for several months now and I would whole heartedly recommend Marshall Home Service.
