Josh is amazing and I’m so grateful. I had an emergency and couldn’t make it home till End of day. He accommodated my schedule, fixed my i Overflow valve that was flooding my ceiling. He’s truly generous and kind. This is the second time he’s helped me with an issue at the house And I’m likely to ask for him next time Once again, Josh arrived right on time . This time for maintenance. Thorough and helped to troubleshoot a repair issue. I so appreciate his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to address any concerns and to communicate effectively. Great confidence when Christmas sends him to my house!

Christmas Air came already recommended. Jack was quick, proficient and professional. He only discussed services I needed the most at the moment, but still made some recommendations that would be needed soon. I appreciate that approach. I also appreciated the use of shoe booties in my house without a discussion. Thanks!
