Shaun did an amazing job fitting our Magnet Kitchen whilst we were away this February (2024)....in less than a week he installed our new Magnet kitchen, plus Flooring in the Kitchen, Utility & Downstairs Loo, Bespoke Splashbacks, some new shelves, tricky Worktop into window sills and all the Appliances. Thank you Shaun....it now looks like this...

We have been obtaining the services from Shaun at Mendip Renovations Ltd for approximately three years. First job was to renovate our upstairs bathroom and fit a new bath, toilet, mirror, sink, cabinets as well as flooring & tiling. We were very impressed at the level of workmanship, friendly attitude and attention to detail from Shaun and his team. This lead us to many more experiences whilst renovating our house over the past three years. The work we have had done has been thus far: 1) Upstairs bathroom complete renovation 2) New Oak staircase installed 3) New Balcony with composite decking installed. 4) Downstairs study converted into a walk-in wet room. 5) Loft completely insulated with 30cm insulation and boarded 75% with new hatch & ladder. 6) Garage converted into an Annex with walk-n wet room. 7) Summerhouse built in rear garden. 8) Small jobs such as new flooring in utility room, new flooring in front porch, tiling in utility room, shelving erected in boiler room and upstairs media room etc. As you can see this is alot of different and varied work which pays tribute to both the knowledge and expertise. We have been impressed throughout every project. Like any projects there were a few issues, however these were all rectified and/or resolved in a professional and timely manner and the finished work has always been to a high standard, which is why we have kept using their services. I will be using Mendip Renovations in the future and have always passed on their details to friends and family who ask for recommendations and would advise anyone who wants a job done properly to do the same. The cost and quotes have all been reasonable which definitely is a contributing factor, however it was more peace of mind knowing that any project would be completed correctly which was the deciding factor in our decision. Thankyou Shaun and your fantastic team in renovating our home to how we wanted it.

It has been a pleasure working with Shaun and his team to bring our house up to scratch. We originally employed Shaun to renovate two bathrooms. Pleased with the workmanship and Shaun's positive and helpful attitude, we have since also engaged the team to remodel the our kitchen and utility room. Shaun and team also have a good eye for what works should you need help like I did!

These guys are top notch. Great comms, very professional and exceeded my expectations. We had a walk taken out and the room re finished to paint and also a utility cupboard hand built. Very clean and tidy and they come when they say and they finish on time. My go to now.

Cannot recommend highly enough! First rate quality of work. Sean and his team are polite, accommodating, dedicated - really helped us through the process with advice, discussing our options and keeping us informed. Always left the house clean and tidy. Great people, great work.
