Later, I discovered Captain Tom’s secret hideout, a quiet outpost known only to a few, hidden deep in Mos Uplands. That evening, I joined him there at the local cantina, where the Star Babes served us cold Stellas, as we swapped tales of hyperspace routes, customs battles, and perfectly packed couches. It was the kind of night legends are built on. When the last box was set down, Master Erik’s family stood in their new base, every item intact, every memory preserved. Within about 30 minutes they had already sourced a brand-new identical replacement in downtown Toronto. No excuses, no arguing about coverage, no token compensation; they simply solved the problem. Second, the next day they returned on their own initiative with the new mirror and also corrected a minor configuration issue on my large glass dining table by fully disassembling and rebuilding it again.
