Quoted to cut down two dead gums to ground level leave debris on sight. We accepted expecting trees to be chopped in incremental stages instead they tied a rope around the trees and cut the base dropping the full tree. The first one landed on our fence causing damage with no responsibility or apology provided as well as landing on a newly planted cottonwood. Definitely make sure you confirm what they will do for you before employing. Very disappointed in the job.
