Had an issue with tap washer (simple job) and unable to locate mains, despite ringing local Water Corp. Decided I could (but should not have at any point ever in the history of infinity) fix the problem without turning water off. Absolute geyser of water up/down/in/out with no way of stemming flow because mains location unknown. Rang Flow State Drainage Solutions and spoke to Bobby. He was able to come in ten minutes, locate the main and turn off water. I could then do the job (which I did). Despite my continued insistence, Bobby would not accept any recompense for his time, and his agility in responding to an emergency situation. And further, not something the company might usually focus on. I cannot compliment, commend or celebrate sufficiently Bobby's kindness, generosity, professionalism or depth of decency in helping me. In a world of heightened uncertainty and diminishing trust, Bobby is a glimmer of goodness and I had the benefit of his light. And folk out there, cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you, Bobby - you are legend.

Had a blocked storm water drain. Spoke with Bobby and he quoted for unblocking and a camera inspection. He arrived 5 min earlier than planned, unblocked the drain and showed me photos of the pipes causing the issue. Provided a concise inspection report. Also quoted for fixing the underlying issue that seemed fair and reasonable. (had a different plumber quote nearly twice as much) After accepting the quote to fix the root cause of the blockage (squashed PVC pipes restricting flow) Bobby and Jake did a great job. They arrived on time, used hydro excavation to access my restricted rear yard. They left the job site very clean and tidy and removed all rubbish. The +25mm of rain yesterday was a good test and everything was OK. Great job guys.

Can't really fault the guys at Flow State. We've had multiple different companies come in to resolve our blocked storm water, only to find our lot flooded a week later. Flow State were reasonably quick to respond and have certainly delivered. The lot is now dry as a bone (considering the amount of rain we've had lately) and they were cheaper than other companies we previously had.

I had some work done at my place recently by the lads from flow state. I thought I had encountered good tradies in the past but these guys are next level! Very professional, reliable and great communication. I couldn’t be happier with these guys Highly recommend!!!
