Our HOA hired Oliver Knox Property Services to keep our neighborhood pool area clean. We have been very happy with their service as our pool area and restrooms are always fresh and well maintained, even during the high-traffic season. In addition, our service representative Corey Ann exhibits great initiative and contacts our HOA whenever she observes pool issues such as low water level or cloudiness so that we can get them quickly corrected. All in all, Oliver Knox Property Services does a great job for us and we are happy to recommend them.

Wonderful people! Always doing what’s asked, they even go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I have experience with Corey Ann and Austin, both very dependable, reliable, and super-hard workers. Forest is easy to talk to and will do whatever it takes to make sure the job is done. Multi-talented crew, diverse job skills, just overall a great company!
