My septic alarm went off and Josh was able to come out same day during an ice storm. He was able to restart the pump and advised not to replace the pump quite yet which I so appreciated his honesty. He could have taken advantage of the situation but didn’t. Josh charged a very fair fee for coming out to my house and I’ll definitely call him for any future septic needs.

We had a septic alarm go off late at night the Wednesday before thanksgiving. We were worried that we couldn't get it repaired until Monday. We called Josh thanksgiving morning and he came out the same afternoon. He installed a new pump and alarm float, and had our septic up and running within an hour. Josh was extremely courteous and an absolute professional!!
