I highly recommend Notary Of The Bay for apostille services! I had already left California and was in South Korea without my high school diploma and transcript. Bijaya coordinated with my high school, arranged the principal's notarized signature, obtained the California apostilles, and shipped everything to me quickly and safely just after a phone-call that I made.
