Had an awful experience with FenceONE. This is the second run of fence i have had installed and thought that this time i would get a named company to install the fence instead of some guy on Facebook market place. That choice did not turn out great. The job was pretty detailed as i had a smaller chain link fence with roots attached that i needed removed. I followed up with FenceOne sending pictures a few times trying to make sure that they where able to do the job and they said they would take care of it. The day finally comes to have the fence installed and the contractors they sent out were ill prepared for what they were tasked to do. They did not understand the run of fence they were there to install, the land they were to install it in, or the fence removal they needed to do. I ended up hiring a different contractor to remove the fence with roots and I took the rest of the fence down myself. The contractors came out again and this time they were not prepared to remove fence posting from concrete. Mind you they were already at the house and parked on the concrete in front of the fence they were to remove. They also yet again did not understand what exactly they were set to do. I had a talk with Jimmy, (worst customer service by the way.) which completely turned me off the already terrible experience and i just wanted the whole 2 month ordeal to be over with at this time. Jimmy sent out a new contractor this time who did come better prepared for the job but still didn't know exactly the run that was need. The job was finished but it just did not have the care, attention and quality that i expected for hiring a named and more expensive company. In the end I was left with gaps in the fence. One of which i had to fill with parts of my older fence. I had a far better experience hiring some random guy off Facebook market place then working with this company. For this companies cost, lack of preparation, poor customer service and care for it's work I can not recommend.

Had problems with neighbor in which I needed a fence installed. Mr. Jimmy was very nice & understood my problem. After the installation I decided I needed to extend it & needed 2 more panels. The last 2 panels were not put up properly. Mr. Jimmy explained he was very busy but would take care of it. I was forgotten about all of 2019. Due to the 2 panels not properly place to my surveyor pin the neighbor has place a projector on my property. One panel looks horrible. I spoke with the son 1 year later 11/2020 & I understand we are going through a pandemic. But I am an elderly woman who paid for something I am not happy with and I should not have to pay. All I would like is for this to be corrected. Time is going by. I also never received my paperwork from both jobs. Thank you...Stay Safe

Had white vinyl fence and aluminum fence installed. They look beautiful. Had some installation issues which were taken care of in a very timely manner. Thank you to Jimmy for the excellent customer service and for standing behind the quality of work your company delivers.

The best fence job I’ve ever seen and fastest, Im just amazed how beautiful of a job they did my daughter who is in the spectrum can play safely and freely in her own backyard. Couldn’t have asked for a better job done thank you so much

I wouldn’t recommend at all! Stay away! A tree fell broke a section of my vinyl fence. I was charged $840 for 1 section of new fence. New fence material wasn’t used. It was a mix of my old fence and new. I have the pictures to prove it. I have sent multiple emails and called. No response!

We just got a fence installed by fence one and love it! The team was incredibly kind and helpful, listened to what we wanted and executed perfectly. We have a challenging lot with uneven ground and they kept the fence in line with the ground all while keeping it still visually appealing. Would recommend!
