MidFlorida Wildlife removal will be who we use for any wildlife issue in the future. In the past we have contacted a few and had a few different companies out to help us but NONE of them were able to do what Mike has done. They left after getting paid and never returned while our critter issue persisted. Until a flying squirrel came through our bathroom vent and was in our home. That’s when we found Mike Simpson! He was prompt and timely and helped us completely eradicate the problem. He sealed any potential entry points on the roof and attic, treated our attics after removal, and left our attic flying squirrel free. He always asked if we heard anything since the last time he’d been here to check even after finding empty traps. He also backs his work with a warranty that can be renewed annually. He is super easy to work with when it comes to scheduling and is extremely understanding and accommodating. He is responsive, prompt, and professional with communication and demeanor. With the other companies it’s, “we leave the traps only for a week at most” and they’re abrasive and short, but with Mike there was none of that, it was “We’re going to get this issue resolved for you!” And he did just that! We recently heard an animal in our attic and it was so loud! We knew it had to be a raccoon! We called Mid-Florida Wildlife Services and Mike came promptly the next day. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. He did his assessment and explained the process. Mike was also eco and animal friendly which we appreciated. He spent a considerable amount of time sealing possible entry points. Over about a 2-3 week period Mike would return and check our attic. He spent extra time at our request. During his last visit the safe and sanitizing process was reassuring. Our problem was solved! There is a one year warranty and we are 100% positive he will return as needed.
