I purchased a Speed Queen unit from Appliance Mart over a year ago, and while the machine eventually needed a warranty repair, the true test of a company is how they handle things when they go wrong. I've been having a lot of trouble with the third-party repair vendor assigned by the manufacturer. When I called Appliance Mart to let them know, the owner stepped in and escalated the issue on my behalf. What impressed me even was that they followed up the next week just to check in and ensure I was being taken care of. In today’s world, this level of customer service feels rare. My issue isn't even fully resolved yet (waiting on parts), but the owner's intervention gave me confidence that it’s being handled. It reinforced why I bought from a local brick-and-mortar instead of an online retailer. If you're in Corpus and need an appliance, save yourself the headache and go directly to Appliance Mart. They actually care about you after the sale is over!

I’ve purchased numerous appliances from Appliance Mart with no issues at all. Ordered a refrigerator to be delivered up to Sandia. It stopped working within four months. That was in July. They said that the manufacturer agreed to replace the refrigerator. But here we sit end of September with no refrigerator They keep telling me these things take time. To continue with my post.......still no word from Appliance Mart. The warranty on the refrigerator expires November 7. Wonder what will happen then?? Still no response from appliance Mart. We are past the warranty. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. See how far that will get me.
