I recently hired Mr Roy to replace a tap that hasn’t been changed in 30 years & to fix a doorknob jammed occasionally. Despite short notice, Mr Roy arrived on time on a Sat evening, worked efficiently & took extra care to make sure the work was done to a high standard. My kitchen sink was choked at the floor trap area and all the scum start to overflow. Roy came and within half hour, the problem was resolved.
