Services include water mitigation, sewage cleanup, asbestos abatements, mold remediation, dehumidification, structural dry out, air filtration, negative air pressure containments, leak detection, and more. Our in-home assessments are complimentary, able to be scheduled same day, and very informative. Cleanup Services can work with any and all homeowners insurance providers, however the client is their number one focus. Client satisfaction is paramount.

I am so grateful that this service was referred from McNabb Plumbing. They called as soon as they got the referral and Steven was out the day. Immediately calmed my nerves. He was able to get the crew out that day also. Everyone extremely professional and kind. Their name states it all. They laid protective material all over the floor leading from the kitchen to living room door. Created a barrier in the kitchen to contain all the damaged ceiling from spreading onto counter tops and appliances. They handled everything from cutting out the ceiling , sweeping, removal , I just had to sit and watch TV. They explained the tent and fans equipment. Had I slight problem with the tent, called at 9:30pm figured I would get call the next day and my surprise Brie called back in 5 minutes. Told me their would be a supervisor out the next day between 10-11. Exactly within time frame , Caleb was here . Fixed the problem I was having, being disabled it was difficult and said someone would be here Saturday to see the progression of drying and sanitizing. Dallas was here Saturday afternoon. Tents had to stay up but Brooke?Bobbie showed up Monday all good and cleaned up their equipment. I even gave State Farm adjuster their number and told them how wonderful of a service they are. I hope I do not need to use their service again but I would not hesitate. Will gladly refer to friends. Not enough stars to all the staff. The receptionists answered all my questions and never got upset that I called several times. Even my dog Winston liked all the workers!

Cody from Cleanup Services was great- he came most recently but the leaders and the manager from the team were all very helpful! My issue has been a complicated one to say the least and Cleanup Services, I feel, has done all they can with both the work and information for me so I can make a plan moving forward. While what is going on with my house (ice damming) is not fun- today Cody made me feel like Cleanup Services are there to help and to help advocate for you in some ways.
