Zenith Group

I just want to take the time and share my experience with Gitty at the Zenith Group. Since 2022 up till now 2026 I’ve had the pleasure of living at 114 Grove St apartment complex’s in Downtown Stamford. And it’s been one of the greatest experiences I’ve had at any apartment. Since my time there the Zenith Group has taken care of me with all my concerns and requests I’ve had over the years and I can say that they have always been attentive and responsive showing that they really do care about there tenants. From a living perspective I can say that the place felt cozy and not too chaotic like the huge high rises that just feel overwhelming (due to it only being a 2 level complex) I love how clean and modern they made the complex design and the amenities just topped it off with all of the parking, gym and storage you get. Although I have moved on, I will always be thankful for the opportunity of living at this amazing apartment complex and the great service they have provided to me.

We are very very appreciative of the Services rendered by Mr. Abraham, Mr. Motley, Ms. Gitty, Lucas Lordes, and Nelson Santiago. They have provided us with excellent and prompt follow-up of our needs. They all have been very kind and especially helpful in meeting our needs as a tenant and for our new expansion. Their special hands-on touch helps us to create a very conducive, learning environment for our I Care Outreach Training Center, 501(C3) nonprofit organization in Bridgeport CT.
