Ex-Stink Plumbing & Sewer

I’m a caregiver for my mom. Had a sewer line collapse and needed to get it fixed to make sure she had what she needed. Dave and his crew were great to work with. Very professional and efficient and kind. Easy to work with. They showed up when they said they would, kept me informed and when I thought there was another issue they were quick to address it. Enjoyed working with them. 👏

The owner Dave came out and assessed the situation. He realized that the plumber the day before didn't do their due diligence. He called them immediately and had them out again within 20 minutes to finish what they should have finished the day before. The job that Dave was hired to do, he explained that it needed to be done, but was probably not an emergency. He actually called me three times after he left, to make sure that I was doing good with my present situation (which was a rusted through kitchen stack, which was now full of mud). The guys who came and did the work were fantastic. Arrived on time. I received a text with their location, so I knew when exactly they would arrive, should they be delayed. They were courteous, quick, clean, friendly.... Can't say enough good about them. When they left, I went down to clean the path to the work zone. They literally left the area cleaner than when they arrived. I assumed they would make a mess, so I didn't vacuum up the dust that is frequently in a basement. I also didn't clean up the mess from the basement being flooded. All was cleaned up. True, they jack hammered part of the floor out, but they also cleaned more than just the area they jackhammered. Top notch company. I would hire them again in an instant.
