Drain Developments 24/7 Blocked Drains - No Call Out Fees

This Swindon based company said no callout fees but charged me £250 for one hour. The drain technician said he had unblocked the toilets in 40 minutes. I was apalled he moved his equipment from room to room without covering any of the carpets even in the baby room. The technician refused to use his camera to check blockage cleared properly in the last 20 minutes saying he would have to charge me another hour to do that. They had told me they would have all the equipment on the van to complete the job. The engineer left after 40 mins having reassured me he believed the drains were clear. Within a week the shower trays are full of backed up sewage (see photo). The owner is insisting they would have to charge a further £150 to come back to complete the job. A straight forward job that a drain company with all the best equipment in the world could not fix!! The owner was hostile and full of himself. Won't be using them again!!! Real thieves!

Spoke to Darren and within the hour Mike was at the house to sort blockage . Smashing fella , he certainly knew his stuff and got me out of a sticky situation . Thankyou Mike you were outstanding today . Would recommend this company to all . Ta
