Great experience from bid to final inspection. Clear communication, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the process of our shop build. Respectful of time and our special requests. It was a pleasure having them as our general contractor and I would highly recommend them for your next project, big or small!

I was able to have Ryan, from Barean HILU LLC provide use with everything we needed to get the front porch installed. Ryan provided general contractor duties for the installation of our front porch, worked with the City of Richland for permitting, and other contractors thru out the install. Ryan communicated well with my needs as a home owner and the schedule to completion. Thank you.
